The aim of our platform is to bring together people who offer or search for the service mentioned on our website by means of publicly accessible job advertisements or profiles. If you use our platform, your personal data accessible in the public job advertisement or profile will be visible to all visitors of the website. To boost your ability to find a house keeper or job, your public job listings or profiles can be shared with external search engines and service providers.

In order to offer your potential clients the greatest possible safety and reliability as a service provider, we offer profile verification by checking your identity using an electronic ID check.
For this purpose, we work together with PXL Vision AG, Mühlebachstrasse 164, 8008 Zurich. If you select profile verification as part of the profile settings, you will automatically be redirected to the external PXL Vision application for ID verification. The PXL Vision application then carries out the verification of your ID document data on its own responsibility. You will be informed by PXL Vision about the processing of your data in the verification process before the identification process begins.
You will be asked to photograph your identification document from both sides and take a short selfie video of yourself. PXL Vision then verifies that your ID is genuine and that your face captured in the video matches the ID. After successful identification, PXL Vision will ask for your consent to share the identity verification data with Lemonfrog, or the Lemonfrog website you use.
Upon your consent, PXL Vision will transmit to us the photo and video files taken during the identity verification process, as well as the personal data read from your identification document, for the purpose of matching them with your registered user data.
We then match the data received from PXL Vision with your registration data and delete it again after successful matching.
In other respects, your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless we have a legal obligation to pass this on or if this serves criminal prosecution.
- You can ask us to confirm whether we process personal data about you and, if this is the case, you have a right to be informed about this personal data and about the information listed in Art. 15 GDPR in detail.
- Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you and, if necessary, the completion of incomplete personal data without delay.
