The active access to using the services requires a registration which is free of charge.

All members declare with their participation, that they have reached the minimum age of 18.

Our platform allows solely the placement of Spanish resident workers to workplaces all over Spain, as well as the placement of cross-border commuters who would like to work in Spain.

With the registration the member acknowledges these General Terms and Conditions and a contractual relationship with Lemonfrog AG and the registered member will be established.

After registering on the website for free, service-seekers and service-providers can create a profile, view other profiles and search for jobs or service-providers.

Following registration, private service-providers can contact service-seekers for free using a contact form.

In the case of private service-seekers or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as “companies”), a chargeable premium membership is required in order to establish contact (hereinafter referred to as “premium members”). This allows unlimited contact through the use of a contact form (see conditions). Companies, whether they be service-seekers or service-providers, must also identify themselves and register as a company. Service-seeking individuals or companies are obliged to create a specific account for every single position offered and to publish an advertisement, which refers to just one (1) specific job vacancy.

Lemonfrog AG does not guarantee that individuals contacted will respond to a request promptly or at all.

Members can deactivate their profile at any time. The profile is no longer visible to other members after deactivation.

Paid premium membership is not automatically renewed for service-seekers and cancellation is therefore not required. Once expired, premium membership is automatically downgraded to free-of-charge basic membership. Service-providers can conclude a premium membership that renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the start of the next month.

The satisfaction guarantee and the associated reimbursement of membership fees can be claimed once per account.

Lemonfrog AG will not become a contractual partner nor arbitrator should a collaboration be formed or result between service-seekers and service-providers. Service-seekers and service-providers both relinquish and waive any and all claims and demands towards Lemonfrog AG In particular, Lemonfrog AG accepts no responsibility for damages or disputes arising from contacts between service-seekers and service-providers.

Lemonfrog AG accepts absolutely no responsibility to guarantee the quality of services provided and revokes any claim for compensation resulting there from, and from contracts entered into between service-seekers and service-providers. Where and when applicable, the service-providers are responsible to procure legal residence-permits and work-permits. Service-seekers have to insure the service-providers in compliance with the law, respectively to point out that an insurance might be necessary.

Lemonfrog AG has taken every care to ensure that at the time of the online-publishing, all contents on their platforms are correct. However Lemonfrog AG cannot guarantee the completeness, the quality of the content and the reliability of the data.

Members must provide accurate and truthful information. Lemonfrog AG is not responsible for the information provided by members and does not accept any liability or liability for potential consequences resulting therefrom. Furthermore, Lemonfrog AG has the right to irreversibly delete or block profiles and messages without prior notice, if improper or inappropriate behaviour is suspected or off-platform usage by members is suspected. In such cases, any membership fees already paid will not be refunded.

All contents provided by Lemonfrog AG are protected by copyright.

Members may view, print and copy the contents of the relevant platforms, provided that this information is only used for personal and not commercial use. Copyright notices and/or other legally protected designations may not be removed. Any property rights of third parties that would be restricted by the scope of use granted here are reserved.

Lemonfrog AG reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions any time without prior notice and informs their members in an appropriate way.

Swiss law is applicable on the relationship between the member and Lemonfrog AG Jurisdiction is Bülach, Switzerland, the seat of Lemonfrog AG. The member has also the possibility to sue at his/her place of residence in Switzerland.
